Logo Brands Signs Exclusive Licensing Agreement With the University of Wisconsin-Madison

Logo Brands (www.logobrands.com), the premier manufacturer of branded hardgoods, has agreed to a multi-year exclusive agreement with the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Effective Jan. 1, 2019, this partnership grants Logo Brands Inc. exclusive rights to manufacture, produce and distribute tailgate and outdoor lifestyle products across all retail channels. The product categories covered in the agreement include tents and canopies, chairs and leisure seating, tables, coolers, stadium seats and cushions, and portable furniture.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has consistently ranked as a top-selling university and is home to one of the leading licensing programs in the Big Ten Conference. As the oldest and largest public university in the state of Wisconsin, the UW athletics program is known for its rich tradition and a passionate fan base. UW uses licensing revenues in part for need-based scholarships for UW–Madison students. Fermata Partners, the trademark licensing affiliate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and several of the nation’s other top institutions and organizations, negotiated the deal.
